Search visibility is an engineering problem.
Ten years ago, being found meant ranking on Google. Now a growing share of buyers ask ChatGPT or Perplexity instead, and those tools answer with a short written summary and a handful of cited sources. If your site is not one of them, that buyer never sees you. More blog posts rarely fix that. The work is mostly engineering.
Most of what stops a site from ranking, or from being quoted by an AI assistant, is technical. Pages that render only in the browser, so crawlers see an empty shell. Missing structured data. Redirect chains, duplicate URLs, slow responses. We find these problems with a full crawl, fix them in code, and deploy the fixes to your live site with daily written updates on what changed.
The second half is GEO, generative engine optimisation. In practice it means structuring pages so a language model can lift a clean, correct answer with your name attached: standalone answers, schema.org markup, consistent facts about your organisation everywhere they appear. No tricks, because tricks stop working every time the models update.
A startup that launched three months ago and gets nothing from search. The product is real, but Google indexed twelve pages and ChatGPT has never heard of you. Usually the site was built without server rendering or structured data, and both are fixable in the codebase you already have.
An established business watching organic traffic slide. Rankings dropped after a redesign or a platform migration, or traffic is flat while buyers move to asking AI assistants. Shopify, WordPress and WooCommerce stores fit here too; themes and plugins create duplicate URLs and slow pages, and both are repairable.
Also anyone about to rebuild a site. Getting crawlability, speed and markup right during the build is far cheaper than retrofitting them after launch.
Scoped in writing. Delivered in your accounts.
Full technical audit
A crawl of every page plus your Search Console data, ending in a prioritised written list of what blocks indexing and ranking.
Crawlability and indexation
Sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirect chains and duplicate URLs cleaned up so crawlers spend their budget on pages that matter.
Structured data markup
Schema.org for products, articles, FAQs and your organisation, validated against Google's rich result tests.
Page speed fixes
Image formats, caching headers, render-blocking scripts and server-side rendering, measured by Core Web Vitals before and after.
GEO page structure
Key pages restructured so an AI assistant can extract a standalone, correct answer that cites you as the source.
Shopify and WordPress cleanup
Shopify, WordPress and WooCommerce sites get theme bloat, plugin scripts and product-variant duplication handled directly in the platform.
Fixes in your repository
Everything ships as commits through your GitHub organisation with full IP assignment; if a new repository is needed, we create it in your organisation on day one.
Measurement you keep
Search Console wired up correctly and a plain dashboard of indexed pages, impressions and clicks, all in accounts you own.
Scope and fixed quote
A scoping call, then one fixed price in writing within 48 hours. A mutual NDA is signed the same day, before you share analytics or code access.
Audit
We crawl the site, pull Search Console data and check what your pages look like to a crawler. You get a written, prioritised list of problems, not a slide deck.
Fixes shipped as code
Structured data, redirects, speed and rendering fixes land as commits in your repository and deploy continuously. Daily written updates on what changed and why.
GEO work and measurement
Key pages get restructured for extraction by AI assistants, and a measurement baseline goes in so movement is visible. The 30-day window after that covers anything we built that breaks, at no cost.
