## How FirstCompile works

- Every project is quoted as one fixed price, in writing, before work starts.
  The price does not change after kickoff. There is no hourly billing.
- The client's repository holds the code from the first commit, in the client's own
  GitHub organisation, with full IP assignment.
- A mutual NDA is signed before the client shares anything, as standard.
- Every project includes a 30-day post-launch window in which anything FirstCompile
  built that breaks is fixed at no cost.
- Clients see a working, clickable build from the end of week one, not status decks.
- US and international clients are billed in USD; Indian clients in INR with GST.
